Joss Whedon, Hollywood activist, begins coup rhetoric: Trump ‘cannot be allowed a term in office’

Hollywood director and political activist Joss Whedon began using coup-like rhetoric on Monday while national protests against President-elect Donald Trump continued for a 5th day.

“Avengers” director Joss Whedon developed a pro-Hillary Clinton super PAC called Save The Day for the 2016 presidential election. The $1 million in seed cash he provided for star-studded commercials did not sway citizens in a totally free and reasonable election Nov. 8. On Monday, however, Mr. Whedon puzzled social networks followers with a puzzling tweet concerning the peaceful transfer of power between President Obama and Mr. Trump.

“This is basic: Trump can not CAN NOT be permitted a term in workplace. It’s not about 2018. It has to do with TODAY,” Mr. Whedon tweeted.

“Why do not you simply come right out and state exactly what you’re thinking?” asked one reader.

“You don’t believe a higher threat is neglecting the rules of our own system, marking down those who chose him, and altering results?” asked another.

“I like [you] Joss, however this is an expressly undemocratic position,” included Allen Harris.National Rifle Association representative Dana Loesch saw the powerful Hollywood activist’s tweet and was fast to remind him of the electoral process.” That’s exactly what voting accomplishes.
