SBI Card raises Rs 550 cr via bonds


New Delhi, Feb 23 (PTI) SBI Playing cards and Cost Companies (SBI Card) on Tuesday mentioned it had raised Rs 550 crore by issuing bonds on a non-public placement foundation.

The Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the corporate has authorised the allotment of 5,500 non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs 550 crore on personal placement foundation, SBI Card mentioned in a regulatory submitting.

The tenure of the bonds is three years with a maturity date of February 23, 2024.

The coupon fee on the bonds is mounted at 5.90 per cent each year.

SBI Card inventory closed 0.91 per cent greater at Rs 1,028.95 apiece on BSE.
