27-year-old Palestinian shot useless by Israeli settlers in West Financial institution, Palestinian officers say

A Palestinian man was shot useless by an Israeli settler within the West Financial institution on Saturday, the Palestinian Well being Ministry mentioned, naming him as 27-year-old Mithqal Suleiman Abdel Halim Rayan.
The ministry mentioned he was shot within the head at Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit, within the northern occupied West Financial institution.
